This deposit secures your portion of our upcoming harvest of 100% Black Angus beef, raised start to finish on our Nebraska family farm.
Once your deposit is placed, we’ll reach out to go over your custom cut preferences. Your beef will be processed, dry-aged for optimal flavor, and packaged just the way you like it. Delivery or pickup will be arranged approximately 40 days after harvest.
