Our family's exact cut instructions are sent directly to the butcher, making the process easier for you. No middle man, no hidden fees. Rancher note: *Boxes may include slightly different contents depending on cuts availability. Rest assured, substitute items will give equal or greater value to the box items will be communicated before delivery (see note below).

Once your order is placed, I will email you a “pull sheet” this indicates which cuts and quantities you will receive. Once you approve the “pull sheet” we will place all of your items aside with your name on them!

On Thursdays, you can find us in our storefront from 4-6pm or by appointment 531-810-1107.
On Saturdays, you can find us at the Bellevue Farmers Market, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Washington Park (20th & Franklin). By the buffalo bench.
On Sundays, you can find us at the Sunday Farmers' Market at College View, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM off of 40th and Prescott. Across from Dutch Girl Creamery.
We also offer door deliveries and shipping.
