The path from city girl to farmer taught me a lot about perspectives on both sides of the fence and how to connect the two. I now know how to eloquently have fun and tough conversations around our food, how it is grown and produced. As a member of CommonGround I can tap into our states best farmers and resources to present information at your school.
Born as a natural relator with an inquisitive mind, I will connect our story full circle to students and staff.

Small Family Farm Practices
As a small family farm, we have our hand in all of the aspects of running a farm and business. Our beef is produced through a dance of prioritizing animal health, ag technology, sustainable farming practices and connecting with consumers.
Our transparent farm practices help give our beef credibility and show our younger generations learning and adapting is how businesses create legacy. We want our legacy to be made by showing our youth the importance of conserving our natural resources, caring for our animals, not being afraid to learn something new and jump in with both feet!

In true Nebraska pioneer spirit, our beef is single sourced, born and raised on our farm, and processed at a USDA facility. There are no additives, hormones or dyes in our beef. We follow natural practices and work directly with a cattle nutritionist and veterinarian, they are integral to our process. Our beef is the perfect fit for your school food service program. We can help connect Nebraska students to agriculture and beef production and practices. Perfect in sloppy joes, taco bars, soups, burgers, and more our beef can fit into your scheduled menu.

As a mom, business owner, and farmer I believe our children should have the highest quality beef in the lunchroom to give them the nutrients they need to learn in school! I support school lunch programs and love seeing each cafeterias creativity, in Nebraska we are one of a kind with such high quality kitchen staff and the best meals!

10lb bags of frozen ground beef.
Special request we can do a 3 patties to 1lb or 4patties to 1lb. Sold by the case.
3lb roasts are our standard size. Can be used for open faced sandwiches, pot roast, or just as a protein entrée.
Cut from skirt steak in 1lb packages. Our fajita meat is great for a philly steak, taco bar, or more.
