  • A beef share is your portion of a locally raised cow — available in whole, half, or quarter sizes. It’s the most cost-effective and customizable way to fill your freezer with high-quality, ranch-raised beef.

    ✔️ Delivery (within 120 miles) or farm pickup
    ✔️ Custom cut selections (for deposit-based orders)

  • At checkout, we have a form for you to fill out that will help get the conversation started. We will personally be in touch to confirm everything.

  • Roughly 40 days from harvest to pickup or delivery — we dry-age all beef for at least 21 days for flavor and tenderness. Then a few days for processing, pickup, sorting and delivery.

  • Yes! We offer free delivery within 120 miles of our farm.
    Outside that range? It’s $0.75 per mile unless you’re cow-pooling with friends or family.

    Pickup is in Albion, NE at our storefront.
