Our beef from our farm is fostered by us on American soil. Right here, in Nebraska, we have the opportunity to raise some of the worlds best beef. My family and I went to Germany, and ate Nebraska steaks— they really are so good that people all over the world want to try it!
Buying Beef In Bulk

Buying in bulk means that you are buying your beef for multiple meals. Providing for your family through having a stock of nutritious beef on hand, while also cutting down on packaging.

“Cow-pooling” for a beef shares is a great way to make sure everyone has beef in their home! Its a great option for anyone. Essentially, it is a ‘share’ or portion of a whole beef split up.
Our options for shares are Whole, Half, Quarter, and Eighth. The shares are designed to fill your freezer, meaning less trips to the grocery store!
Whole (1 Share): 500 lbs, 300 meals, 1 year supply
Half (1/2 Share): 250 lbs, 70 meals, 40 week supply
Quarter (1/4 Share): 120 lbs, 70 meals, 20 week supply
Eighth (1/8 Share): 63 lbs, 30 meals, 10 week supply
FARMER NOTE: All weights are approximate as we go off of quantity of cuts in our shares.
