  • Our entire process starts and finishes on our farm. We are state certified and partner with a processor who is USDA inspected. Once our beef is processed, it is returned to our possession and sold direct to consumer through various distribution outlets. Our products go directly from our farm to your table with integrity!

  • The beef born and raised on our farm. It is single sourced and single processed. Therefore, there is no mixing of herds, practices, or butchery. Grocery store beef is refined and blended with multiple sources of beef. Both are safe to consume, but we welcome you to taste and see the difference!

  • Return / Refunded products will be handled according to owners discretion. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Due to the perishable nature of many of our items we do not take returns on any of our perishable products (beef, etc).

    Gift cards and downloadable software are exempt from being returned.

    Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@classenmercantile.com

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
