On Saturday morning, before pickup customers will receive a fulfillment update via email alerting them their order is ready for pickup.

All beef must meet a minimum order of $75.

Unpackage your beef and place in the beef you are prepared to use in the fridge to thaw. The remaining beef needs to go in the freezer to extend the life.

Please refer to the USDA guideline on Safe Defrosting Methods

My personal preference is: Following food safety guidelines, take your beef out of the freezer, place in a bowl and set in the fridge for atleast 48 hours.

Note Per the USDA:

“A large frozen item like a turkey requires at least a day (24 hours) for every 5 pounds of weight. “
